"These gauges have held up, period"
I bought a couple of gauges from autometer.com for my old truck, they’ve been great. People can say what they want, but mine have been through hot days, freezing mornings, and plenty of beat-up roads without acting weird or giving me problems.
They still read like they should and don’t feel cheap at all, which is more than I can say for some other stuff I’ve tried. I’m happy with them, and I don’t really see what there is to complain about when they’ve lasted this well.

"Wiring instructions had me a bit lost"
The wiring diagram wasn’t very clear, so I had to stop and figure things out as I went. It felt like some steps were missing or just not explained well enough... ended up being more confusing than it should’ve been.

"I had a good experience..."
I had a good experience on Autometer. They had the gauges I was looking for, plus a few other parts and options I didn’t even realize they carried. The site was easy to browse overall. My only gripe is that some of the categories could really use better filters, which feels like an avoidable hassle, but other than that it was a solid experience

"Calibration didn’t hold up like I expected"
I’ve used similar products before and usually the calibration stays solid, but this one was a bit disappointing. It seemed fine at first, then started feeling off not long after. I ended up having to recheck it twice, which was kind of annoying considering the price.

I ordered some mounting hardware from autometer.com, and it showed up in good shape. It wasn’t anything fancy, just the parts I needed, but everything looked decent right out of the package.
The brackets and screws felt solid, not cheap or flimsy. They fit my gauge setup without me having to mess with them too much, which I definitely appreciated.
Overall, I’m happy with it. If I end up needing more parts down the road, I’d buy from them again.

"Easy enough to browse, but I had a few doubts"
I was trying to find a gauge for my truck and autometer.com was straightforward to use. The menu was laid out in a way that made sense, and I didn’t have to dig through a bunch of random pages just to find the main product sections.
I’m giving it 4 stars because the filters could be a little smoother, and a few pages felt like they took more clicks than they should. I did find what I needed, though I was still kind of double-checking things because I wasn’t totally sure from the site alone how the quality would feel in person.

"Pretty easy to follow"
The instructions were clear enough and easy to follow. I did have to pause for a minute on one step, but I figured it out without much trouble. Overall, no real issues, I’d probably mention it to a friend if they needed something straightforward

"Packaging could’ve been better"
The box showed up a little dented, but thankfully the part inside was fine. I do think it could’ve used more padding though. Not the worst, just expected it to be packed a bit better

"Checkout was a little slow for me"
I was able to place my order and the site basically worked, but the checkout part felt a bit clunky and took longer than I thought it would. Not sure if it was something on my end or just the site at the time. I did get the confirmation email after, so it went through okay. Overall, not bad, just kind of an average experience

"Sensor compatibility was such a hassle"
I bought this sensor thinking it would work with my gauge, but of course it didn’t fit. The compatibility info wasn’t clear at all, so I was just sitting there like, how is this okay? Support eventually got back to me, but it took longer than I expected. the whole thing was way more frustrating than it needed to be...

I ordered from autometer.com and had a smooth experience with the tracking. The email came through quickly, and the updates were easy to follow without me having to keep checking around or contact anyone. I’ve had orders from other places in the past where tracking was delayed or confusing, so this was a nice change. The package arrived when it said it would, and that was really all I needed. No complaints on my end

I reached out for help and felt like I had to explain the basics of my own gauge to them. After all that back and forth, I still didn’t get an actual fix?! Frustrating experience

The promo did help a little, but my gut reaction was that it wasn’t a huge deal. It was nice to save something, just not enough to make me feel like I was getting a really great bargain.
